You recently attended a play with your cousins but you were dissatisfied with it. Write a formal email to the theatre manager (50-100 words). In your email:
     • state your dissatisfaction.
     • explain what was wrong with the performance (the ushers were not very polite or helpful; the sound system was not working properly).
     • ask for some form of compensation
